APRICOT MUMBLES 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 c. crushed nuts
1/2 c. butter

Combine and press in bottom of 9 x 11 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 10 minutes, let cool.

FILLING:

1 (10 oz.) jar of simply fruit (apricot)
1/2 c. pecan nut meal

Mix together, set aside then mix. 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder Dash of salt

Add to above mixture and pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes. Cool, add topping.

TOPPING:

1 (18 oz.) jar apricot preserves

Spread over top then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of nuts.
