BEST POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 med. onion, chopped
10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. crushed corn flakes

TOPPING: Mix together.

Mix first 8 ingredients, put in 2-quart oblong 9x13 inch casserole. Cover with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
