MARINATED CRAWFISH TAILS 
1 1/4 c. salad oil or olive oil
3/4 c. vinegar
2 1/2 tsp. capers and juice
2 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Thinly sliced lemon
Dash of Tabasco sauce
3 lb. boiled crawfish tails

Peel the crawfish and pour the marinade over the tails. They will keep well in the refrigerator. Use in crawfish salad. Serves 6.
