BRICKLE CRUNCH COOKIE 
1/2 c. butter (cream)
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 bag Heath Brickle Chips
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Cream together butter and brown sugar, add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, soda and salt. Blend in brickle chips and pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Use greased cookie sheets.
