JELLO ICE CREAM MOLD 
1 pkg. red Jello
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1/4 can black cherries, pitted
1 1/4 c. hot cherry juice
Add water to get correct measure

Dissolve Jello in hot liquid (boiling). Pour hot Jello over pint ice cream; stir until melted. Use electric beater to make smooth, gently. Place in refrigerator 10 minutes, until thickening but still pourable. Add cherries, mix and pour into mold. Let chill for at least 2 hours.
