4 sm. boxes Jello (red, yellow, green and orange)
1 pt. nonfat yogurt
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Mix one box of Jello with one quarter of the ice cream and 1 cup boiling water. Stir until ice cream melts. Using a large mold (9 or 10 cups), spray with Pam and pour in Jello ice cream mixture. Let set in refrigerator. Frost with lowfat yogurt (1/4 of pint). Follow these steps for each color of Jello. Do not immerse this mold in water to loosen! It is better to invert mold on serving dish and cover with a warm towel to loosen.
