JELLO - ICE CREAM SALAD 
2 pkg. lemon Jello
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice (drain pineapple & add water to make 1 1/2 c.)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
8 chopped maraschino cherries, optional
1 qt. vanilla ice cream

Bring liquid to a boil. Place liquid in large bowl. Dissolve Jello in liquid. Add pineapple, nuts and cherries. Add ice cream and blend. Pour in 7 x 12 inch dish. Refrigerate.
