ZUCCHINI QUICHE 
3 c. diced zucchini, sliced thin
1 sm. chopped onion
1 c. Bisquick mix
4 lg. eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix zucchini, onion, Bisquick, eggs, oil, cheese, marjoram, parsley, salt and pepper until zucchini is evenly coated. Pour into 10 x 6 inch oblong or 10 inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden.
