PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4-6 pork chops
1 c. Minute Rice
1 beef bouillon cube
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion with optional pepper

In non-stick deep fry pan (use no oil or fat), brown pork chops, then remove from pan. Brown onion, then add bouillon and water. Put chops in with onions. Cover and simmer 30 minutes (or until chops are very tender). Remove chops again. Make sure at least 1 cup liquid is in pan. Bring to boil and add rice and chops. Cover and let stand 5 minutes until rice is cooked.
