PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4-6 pork chops
1 can mushroom soup
6-8 med. fresh mushrooms
1 whole onion
2 c. milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
Seasoned flour
Rice

Coat pork chops in seasoned flour (salt, pepper, curry powder, nutmeg, garlic salt, 1-2 c. flour, Mrs. Dash season, paprika) and fry on low heat in about 2 tablespoons oil until lightly browned. Slice onions and fresh mushrooms and add. Add cream of mushroom soup and 2 cups of milk. Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve over cooked rice. Serves 3 to 4.
