PORK CHOPS AND RICE 
4-6 pork chops
2 tbsp. bacon fat
1 c. raw uncooked rice
1/2 c. chopped onions
14 oz. tomato juice (sm. can)
1 c. water
1 bouillon cube, beef
1 tsp. salt

Put bacon fat and rice in skillet, brown slightly (until yellowish) take rice out of pan, put pork chops in and brown. Add onions and cook until soft. Add rice, tomato juice, water, bouillon cube and salt. Cover and let simmer for 35- 40 minutes over low heat.
