1 pkg. crushed Oreo cookies (save some for top)
1 stick butter (melted)

In a 13 x 9 inch pan, pour melted butter over cookies. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

SECOND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. container Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix well and spread over first layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

THIRD LAYER:

Prepare 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate pudding mix according to package directions. Spread over cream cheese mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle reserved crusted Oreo cookies on top.
