DOUBLE DECKER JELLO SHAPES 
3 env. Knox gelatin
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. Jello
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. whipping cream

Combine dry Knox and dry Jello (any flavor) in large bowl. Add 2 1/2 cups boiling water and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Stir in 1 cup cream (the cream should not be whipped, neither should you use Cool Whip).

Pour into 9x13 pan. Chill until firm. Cut into 1-inch squares or use cookie cutters to cut various shapes for holidays, using hearts, shamrocks, Christmas trees, etc.
