SAUSAGE AND CHEESE BAKE 
8 oz. refrigerator crescent rolls
8 oz. (10) brown and serve sausage, sliced
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
4 slightly beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Separate rolls into 2 rectangles, press into ungreased 9x13 inch pan (bottom and half up sides) to form crust. Seal perforations. Place sausage over crust; sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes until firm in center.
