DEVILED CHICKEN THIGHS 
3 lb. skinned chicken thighs
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. oil
1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. bread crumbs

Mix together: mustard, oil, brown sugar, and garlic. Dip chicken in this mixture, skin side down, to coat. Place in baking dish, skin side up. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Serves 3-4. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
