GREAT GRANDMA SARAH'S "MAKE A
DAY AHEAD" FRUIT SALAD
 
2 c. green/red grapes
1 lg. can diced pineapple
2 c. mini marshmallows
6 bananas just before serving

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. whipped cream
2 eggs

Slice grapes in half. Add pineapple chunks and marshmallows.

Prepare sauce: Slowly cook mixture until thick. Cool slightly and fold in whipped cream.

Mix fruit sauce and marshmallows together. Refrigerate overnight. Add bananas just before serving.
