FESTIVE MAKE AHEAD PASTA SALAD 
Cook 1 1/2 cups of medium size macaroni shells in 1 tablespoon oil.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 c. sliced green onions
10 oz. frozen peas
2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. lettuce
3 hard cooked eggs
12 oz. thin ham
1 c. Monterey Jack cheeses
