BAKED PORK CHOPS AND SAUERKRAUT 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4 thick center cut pork chops
2 (16 oz.) cans sauerkraut, drained
1 tsp. caraway seeds
1 large onion, sliced
black pepper to taste

Heat the oven to 350°F. Heat the oil in a large skillet and brown the pork chops on both sides over medium heat. Place the browned pork chops in a casserole dish. Pour sauerkraut over the chops and top with caraway seeds, sliced onions and pepper.

Bake.
