CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
4 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. graham cracker crumbs, crushed
1/4 c. cocoa
4 tbsp. sugar
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
3 pkgs. cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 pkgs. Nestle's Choco Bake
1 tbsp. vanilla
4 eggs

CRUST: Combine butter, cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, 4 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Press into bottom of greased 8 inch springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes; cool.

FILLING: Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually adding sugar, cocoa, and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing until smooth after each addition. Pour filling into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes; cool completely. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
