1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

CHIP MIXTURE:

1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 - 2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Mix sour cream and vanilla with butter mixture. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt into butter mixture.

Spread 1/2 of butter mixture into greased 9x12 inch pan. Spread 1/2 of chip mixture on top of butter mixture. Spread rest of butter mixture on top, then spread rest of chip mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
