HOT MEXICAN DIP 
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. can chili (no beans)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Brown sausage in fry pan. Melt Velveeta in crockpot (cut into cubes with a little water to help melt). Mix in browned sausage and chili. Cook on low for several hours. Serve hot with Tortilla chips or Fritos.
