MEXICAN HOT DIP 
1 lb. lean hamburg, crumbled
1 med. green pepper, chopped
1 (1.4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. shredded Cheddar
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/3 c. Jalapeno relish
Sliced scallions and sour cream (enough to garnish)

Combine hamburg, pepper, taco mix. Cover, cook in microwave on High for 4-7 minutes, stirring to break apart. Stir in cheese, refried beans, tomato sauce and relish. Cook High for 5-9 minutes until hot and cheese is melted, stirring twice. Garnish and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
