HOT MEXICAN DIP 
12 oz. Mozzarella, grated
4 oz. Cheddar, grated
4 oz. Colby, grated
10 to 15 Velveeta cubes
3 tbsp. minced onion
Dash of Worcestershire
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 c. real mayonnaise

Mix all together. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for approximately 25 minutes. Should be browning and slightly bubbling. Spoon grease off top. Serve with Doritos or Tostitos.
