SHORT CUT GERMAN CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. Jell-O instant chocolate pudding mix
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. milk
2 eggs

Mix well and put in layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees. Do not overbake. Top with German Chocolate Icing.

GERMAN CHOCOLATE ICING:

1 can evaporated milk
1 c. white sugar
3 egg yolks
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. Angel flake coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped

Combine first 4 ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. Add rest of ingredients and beat until cool enough to spread.
