SAUSAGE BALLS 
3 c. Bisquick mix
10 oz. shredded sharp cheese
1 lb. seasoned sausage, the leaner the better

Let cheese and sausage get to room temperature. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients thoroughly by hand. Form into balls about 1/2 inch diameter. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for 15 minutes more.
