HUNGRY JACK BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 can biscuits (10)
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 375°F. Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in salt, beans, barbecue sauce, brown sugar and onion. Heat until bubbly. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Cut biscuits in halves to form 20 circles. Place cut side down around edge and middle of casserole. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

I use 2 cups beans to make large casserole.
