CHAR'S HUNGRY JACK BEEF
CASSEROLE
 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 can pork and beans
3/4 c. BBQ sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1 can Hungry Jack refrigerator flaky biscuits
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in next 5 ingredients; heat until bubbly. Pour in 2-quart casserole. Cut biscuits in half and place around edge of casserole. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
