GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack biscuits
1 c. shredded cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown beef and drain. Stir in first 5 ingredients. Heat until bubbly. Pour into casserole. Cut biscuits in half. Place cut side down around outside, the inside middle about 1/2 inches apart. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
