GROUND BEEF TRIANGLES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. sour cream
10 oz. pkg. Hungry Jack biscuits

Brown meat and onions in skillet. Drain off excess grease. Add salt, garlic powder, ketchup and sour cream. Mix well. Separate biscuits and press into 4 x 4 inch squares. Put 1/4 cup meat mixture on each square. Fold over corner or square to make a triangle. Seal edges with a fork. Cut 3 slits in top. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Makes 10 servings.
