WHITE CONFETTI FUDGE 
1 1/2 lbs. white chocolate
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped mixed candied fruit

In heavy saucepan, melt white chocolate with milk; remove from heat. Stir in salt, vanilla and candied fruit. Remove from heat. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8 inch square pan. Chill 2-3 hours or until firm. Turn onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
