EASY PUMPKIN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 to 1 c. chopped pecans, if desired

Mix all ingredients well until smooth. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan or bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. The cake will be moist and can be served plain or with a cream cheese icing.
