PUMPKIN CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 c. pumpkin
1/4 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Put batter into greased and floured tube pan or bundt pan.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

Icing:

(3 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
3 tbsp. milk

Mix until smooth and spread over cooled cake.
