STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
1-2 lb. lg., fresh mushrooms
1 clove garlic
Oil, as needed
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. finely minced garlic
1/2 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs

After removing stems, place mushrooms in boiling water. Add 1 clove garlic. Bring to a second boil. Drain and cool. Place mushrooms in a small pan side by side.

In a bowl, mix flavored bread crumbs, minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese. Fill each mushroom with this mix. Pour spoonfuls of oil over the mushrooms. Heat in a 250 degree oven.
