QUICK PICKLES 
1 qt. sliced cucumbers
1 onion, sliced
2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard seed
1 tbsp. celery seed

Combine cucumbers, onion and salt. Cover with water. Soak for 3 hours; then drain. Add sugar, vinegar, mustard seed and celery seed. Put in jar; refrigerate. Flip jar occasionally. Can be eaten in 4 days.
