PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. pecan halves

PIE CRUST:

2/3 c. Crisco
2 c. flour
Dash of salt
5 or 6 tbsp. water (add little more if needed)

PIE CRUST:

Makes two pie shells or one pie shell and top crust. Mix all pie crust ingredients together and roll out and line pie pans.

PIE: Mix all ingredients for pie together with a rotary beater. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Then turn oven down to 325 degrees and bake for 30 more minutes.
