MEXICAN SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
Slice 1 pound smoked sausage into 1/4 inch slices. Brown and drain. Add 1 large chopped onion and 1 can whole kernel corn. Cook until onion is clear.

2 cans tamales, cut in 1 inch pieces
2 (15 oz.) cans ravioli - do not drain
2 c. grated sharp cheese
2 tbsp. sherry wine

Layer in casserole: 1/2 sausage mixture; 1 can tamales with juice; 1 can ravioli; 1 tablespoon wine and 1 cup cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
