SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. summer sausage or kielbassi, sliced 1/2" thick
4 c. tortelinnies
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/4 c. milk
8 slices American cheese
3 drops hot sauce (optional)
2 c. early garden blend vegetables

Cook tortellinies according to direction and drain. To make cream sauce melt butter in saucepan, add flour and spices and gradually add milk. When thickened break up cheese into sauce.

Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Pour tortellinies into dish. Layer half the sausage on top. Spread the vegetables over top. Pour the cheese sauce over everything. Add remaining sausage, layered over the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6-8.
