EGG - SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 eggs, beaten until fluffy
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. cooked sausage
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. sharp cheese, grated

Mix milk, eggs and spices together. In a dish, layer bread pieces. Crumbled cooked sausage and grated cheese. Repeat layers if necessary. Pour the milk and egg mixture over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes. Remove cover during last 10 minutes to let cheese brown if desired.
