PINEAPPLE LIME JELLO SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
4 c. water plus pineapple juice
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
2/3 can crushed pineapple

Drain pineapple juice (from canned pineapple) into a measuring cup. Measure pineapple juice plus water to equal 4 cups. Combine Jello and liquid in saucepan. Heat until near boiling. Add cream cheese and heat until cheese breaks up. Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Remove from stove. Beat with a rotary beater. Stir in pineapple. Pour into a rectangular baking dish. Refrigerate. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and cut into squares.
