HAM ROLLS 
2 c. cooked rice
1 med. onion, minced
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. curry powder
8 med. slices boiled ham

Combine the first 6 ingredients. Place scant mixture on each slice of ham. Roll, place seam side down in greased baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
