CHICKEN "N" CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked macaroni
2 c. coarsely chopped, cooked, skinless, boneless chicken breasts
2 c. canned condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 c. fat-free milk
8 oz. low-fat Cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes

Preheat oven to 350°F. In large casserole dish, combine all ingredients, mixing well.

Bake, covered, 35 to 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.

Makes 8 servings.
