HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise (low cal.)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Mix all but cheese and place in a 7 x 12 inch baking dish. Top with chips and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
