1 frying chicken, cut in pieces

Mix together in medium bag:

1 c. Bisquick
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika

Shake and coat chicken 2 pieces at a time. Place coated chicken on butter coated cookie sheet and dot with butter. Bake approximately 1 hour in 425 degree oven.
