OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN PAPRIKA 
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 1/2 lb. broiler or fryer, cut into pieces
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. paprika
1 to 2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 c. dried bread crumbs

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Pour butter evenly over 13x9-inch baking dish. Wash chicken pieces and pat dry. Combine chicken and flour in plastic bag; shake to coat chicken with flour. Remove chicken from bag. Set aside. In small bowl, beat eggs, lemon juice, paprika, salt and onion salt. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture then in bread crumbs; turn chicken to evenly coat. Arrange chicken, skin-side-down, in prepared baking dish. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
