BAKED MASHED POTATOES 
15 med. potatoes
18 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cram
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Scrub potatoes. Don't peel. Boil until slightly overdone. Drain potatoes while they are still hot. Transfer to large bowl and slowly mix remaining ingredients in. Beat until smooth using an electric mixer. Transfer to 2 or 3 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with slices of butter and return to oven for about 5 minutes.
