BAKED MASHED POTATOES 
8-10 potatoes, peeled
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. salt
Garlic salt (opt.)
1/2 lb. butter
Paprika

Cook potatoes, drain, beat until fluffy. Add cream cheese, sour cream and salt to potatoes. Put into casserole dish, garnish with 1/2 pound butter and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Casserole may be made ahead of time and frozen.
