WAHENEE CHICKEN | |
1 (3 lb.) fryer, cut up 1 bottle French dressing 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Pineapple-apricot preserves Pineapple chunks Mushrooms Place cut up chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle with dry soup mix. Pour dressing over pieces and dot with preserves. Marinate at least 2 hours. Bake in 325 degree oven for 60-90 minutes, depending on size of chicken. Baste occasionally and turn when brown on one side. Serve on a bed of rice or noodles. |
