2 c. ground ham
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. minced onion, flaked
8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

Beat mayonnaise and cream cheese together. Add minced onion. Cover and let stand several hours. Then mix in rest of ingredients. Form into roll and roll in finely chopped nuts.
