SWISS VEGETABLE BAKE 
1 lb. round steak, 1/2 inch thick
1/2 c. flour
Cooking oil
1 can onion soup
4 med. carrots, sliced
4 med. potatoes, quartered
1/2 tsp. parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Flour the steak and brown in small amount of oil. Place in casserole dish, the meat and vegetables. Add seasonings. Bake covered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer.
