WHOLE WHEAT BREAD 
2 pkg. dry yeast
4 c. warm water
1/2 c. soft butter
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. honey
2 tsp. salt
6 c. whole wheat flour
4 c. white flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine butter, molasses, honey, and salt. Mix well. Add yeast mixture. Gradually add flour. Turn onto floured surface and kneed until smooth. Place in a greased bowl and let rise until double. Punch down and let dough rest a few minutes. Shape into 4 loaves and place in greased bread pans. Let rise 1 hour and bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 4 loaves.
